Like the theme for a cool action hero from the old days. You can just see them running to the music, either during the first stage and in the final stage, or at the end credits. Nice work!

8-bit remixes make the world go 'round, and this one's pretty cool. Probably a bit biased for the fact that I like the original theme more than a little, haha.

I agree with VG opening feel to it, but it could also fit for a game over screen as well. Either way, sounds good.
